Our Story

In 2015, Audivi Vocem was developed as a means of providing undergraduate conductors, demonstrating excellence in artistry, with an educational environment in which they can: hone leadership skills, rehearse and perform with local singers, while being mentored nationally renowned clinicians.

We are dedicated to further our endeavors, providing a positive and nurturing atmosphere in which young conductors can learn to spread their wings.

Our Program

Located in Southern Arizona, student conductors (Conducting Associates) are assigned choral works based on their demonstrated skills. Over the course of three weeks they attend score study seminars and lectures, rehearse our auditioned choirs, receive private lessons, and attend masterclasses lead by world-renowned clinicians.

Audivi Vocem Conductors Choir is dedicated to serving the needs of future music educators, creating a generation of nurturing teachers who foster enlightenment, compassion and excellence through choral music.
